Jerndy Parkway is a planned urban thoroughfare, as an alternative to the existing Central Parkway. The thoroughfare was planned to cut through the existing old community of Jerndy in the City of Archemedes.
The thoroughfare was planned to begin with an interchange near River Thames Expressway (RTE), through the community of Jerndy, stretching down south to the proposed American States Village, finally ending with an interchange with Highway 1.
On December 29, 2009, the construction of the road was put to a halt due to the objection of the local residents in Jerndy.
